Researched, planned, and rebuilt a national video business's technology stack from the ground up - transitioning from disjointed legacy systems to modern cloud-based SaaS platforms with seamless data integrations. Reduced annual IT and development spend by over $500,000.
Delivering Proprietary Business Applications
Spearheaded end-to-end development of two proprietary video-management platforms handling massive production volume. Created UX prototypes, secured executive buy-in, and oversaw the entire lifecycle on time and within budget.

Media Operations and Post-Production, Visual Domain
Started on the tools - editing high-volume video content, managing large on-site media libraries and running live broadcast operations for national clients.
Managed a library of over 50,000 videos across CDN and cloud storage while overseeing day-to-day production for a high-output studio.
National Media and Project Manager, Visual Domain
Scaled into running production across multiple teams, coordinating hundreds of videos a week and leading special projects that pushed the business into new territory.
Led Visual Domain's first 360VR and live streaming projects, opening up entirely new service offerings while still overseeing 300+ weekly productions.
